Contracts Manager (Social Housing / Maintenance)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 plus Great Training, Progression, Local Sites, Car Allowance, 25 Days Holiday, NEST Pension.
Location: Commute from Poole, Bournemouth, Dorset, Weymouth, Blandford Forum, Christchurch, New Milton, Ringwood and surrounding areas.
Role Overview
We are an established housing services provider expanding our team. The role is an autonomous position within a rapidly growing team, offering full training to become a senior‑level expert in contracts management and future specialised roles.
Responsibilities
* Work Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week.
* Split between office and local sites.
* Liaise with clients and residents throughout projects.
* Manage on‑site activities to ensure quality, health & safety and timescales.
* Lead and mentor junior contracts managers, support site teams.
* Plan workloads and monitor performance.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous Contract Manager or similar role.
* Experience in social housing, NHS, schools or related sector.
* Maintenance or refurbishment experience.
* Full UK driver’s licence.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
