Your Role & Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive dental care across NHS and private sectors, ensuring high clinical standards
Develop tailored treatment plans and foster strong, lasting patient relationships
Achieve UDA targets that drive performance and unlock significant earning potential
Capitalise on private income opportunities to maximise your financial rewards
Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes
Embrace continuous professional development and training to advance your skills
Contribute to practice initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and patient satisfaction

What we look for
Hold a recognised dental qualification (BDS or equivalent) and be registered with the General Dental Council
Possess a current performer number
Be a newly qualified dentist looking for their next step after DFT or DCT
Demonstrate excellent clinical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to high-quality patient care
Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment while delivering both NHS and private dental treatments
