This is a full-time, permanent role leading the global product category for obstetrics. You'll manage the entire product lifecycle, drive new product development, and oversee commercial success. The role includes line management of a Clinical Product Manager and requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders worldwide.
* Develop and implement global product and lifecycle strategies for the obstetrics category
* Lead new product development projects with R&D and external partners
* Support commercialisation and market growth through strategic marketing
* Deliver global product training, education events, and customer engagement
* Oversee competitor analysis, customer insights, and market research
* Produce business cases, forecasts, and product performance reviews
* Lead and support a direct report while influencing cross-functional teams
* Maintain quality and regulatory compliance across product activities

* Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Medical Technology, or Clinical Sciences
* Experience in Product management / Marketing in the Medical Technology industry (essential)
* Experience managing or mentoring team members
* Managing a Product portfolio, including a marketing strategy.
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
* Excellent English communication skills
* Willing and able to travel 40%, (mainly UK-based, some international)
