We are recruiting a Complex Healthcare Assistants to support an individual with athetoid cerebral palsy and spinal scoliosis who requires 24-hour ventilatory support via tracheostomy, including suctioning and careful positioning for comfort. We are seeking a reliable, punctual, warm, and compassionate carer who enjoys being chatty and engaging in activities such as baking and crafts. Superior Healthcare provides round-the-clock care packages to support people living with long-term health conditions to live in the comfort and safety of their own homes. As a Community Healthcare Assistant, you join our complex care team and will work long-term with one or a small number of clients. You will benefit from a fixed rota with the option of overtime. We are ideally looking for carers, support workers and healthcare assistants who are keen to work full-time hours however part-time roles are offered.
