Global Payroll Transformation Analyst Job Description: We're seeking a Global Payroll Transformation Analyst to support the team in delivering key payroll projects and ensuring alignment with the Payroll PMO framework. This role drives project analysis, governance, and stakeholder coordination across multiple regions, providing insights that enable successful delivery of strategic payroll initiatives. This is a hybrid role that will work in the office 3 days a week and 2 from home. Key Responsibilities: - Track, analyse, and report on payroll project progress against scope, timeline, and budget. - Manage project documentation including RAID logs, business cases, and post-implementation reviews. - Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and vendors to drive cross-functional alignment. - Support standardisation, process improvement, and automation across global payroll operations. - Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders. - Build dashboards and insights to support leadership decision-making. Support change management activities including stakeholder communication and training. Skills & Qualifications - Significant experience in payroll, HR, finance, or project management (global experience preferred). - Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and governance. - Proven experience working within a PMO, including project tracking and reporting. - Advanced MS Excel skills - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle) desirable. - Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, or PMP methodologies.
