CLS Security Services Ltd is expanding, and we are looking for professional, reliable SIA Door Supervisors to join our growing team. We cover bars, pubs, venues, events, and private functions across Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme, and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff
* Conduct ID checks and manage controlled entry
* Monitor crowds and manage incidents safely and professionally
* De-escalate conflict and handle challenging situations calmly
* Work closely with venue management and the CLS operations team
* Provide accurate incident reports when required
* Represent CLS Security Services with professionalism, reliability, and integrity
Requirements
* Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
* Must have good English communication skills
* Must drive or have reliable transport
* Professional, confident, and well-presented
* Strong communication and conflict management skills
* Able to remain calm under pressure
* Reliable timekeeping and strong work ethic
* Friday/Saturday availability preferred
* First Aid is beneficial but not essential
