Reporting and Responsibilities
This role reports to the Logistics Associate Director and supports end-to-end Supply Chain activities, ensuring efficient operations and linking commercial activities to distribution partners.
Essential Functions
* Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
* Support New Product Introductions (NPI) and analyze reporting data to identify process improvements.
* Maintain Long Term Planning and Capacity data; support supply chain projects.
* Deputise for senior production planners as needed.
* Ensure compliance with cGxP and Health & Safety standards.
Detailed Responsibilities
* Execute Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure seamless supply.
* Collaborate with departments on demand changes and new product launches.
* Assess production capacity, monitor inventory, and implement control measures.
* Develop and maintain KPI data, dashboards, and reports.
* Promote continuous improvement and process efficiencies.
* Ensure ERP system accuracy (SAP) and data integrity.
* Identify issues and support business needs.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Supply Chain role.
* Knowledge of Supply Chain functions, lean, and continuous improvement tools.
* Excellent communication, data analysis, and ERP (SAP) skills.
* Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
* Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and handle multiple responsibilities.
