We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a
Document Controller
in the Rugby area. This is a full time position working Monday - Friday in the office but open to hybrid. Working times are between 7.00am-6.00pm. This is a temp to perm role.
Purpose of Role
To provide administrative, documentation and clerical support to the Contract and Project Management Teams
Responsibilities
Provide clerical, document management and administrative support
Assist with the distribution of management system documents
Assist with the management, production, issuing and distribution of Project documentation
Enter and update entries into relevant Document Management Systems
Assist in the production of reports, as required
Assist in the production & collation of project handover material to the client
Support users in the use of the document management systems
Essential Skills, Qualifications and Training:
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Geographically mobile and able to drive
Experience of Office 365
Experience SharePoint online
Organisational skills - Able to prioritise and manage own workload
Knowledge of document management standards, processes and procedures
Knowledge of Assetwise, ProjectWise, Bentley for records tracking, archival retention and storage
Knowledge of bulk scanning, scanning systems and PDF functionality
Knowledge of Microsoft Software systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience of documentation processes within a Rail engineering and construction environment (desirable)
