Conveyancing Solicitor | £40,000–£55,000 | Full-time or Part-time 4 day week
Signatus are hiring several Conveyancing Solicitors for clients based around Lisburn, Newry, Portadown and Armagh areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of residential property matters as the firm’s sole residential conveyancer in some firms, supported by dedicated legal secretarial staff.
What’s on offer: £40k–£55k salary depending on experience, strong autonomy, quality clients, and flexibility for full-time or part-time work. On-site preferred but all options are considered.
Who we’re looking for: Ideally 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing, and or STEP qualified or strong experience dealing with probate and wills maters too. Confident and competent junior solicitors will be considered if they have a grounding in either areas. You should be capable of managing a caseload independently and comfortable working directly with developers, HNW clients, and estate agents.
Day-to-day includes: Running files from instruction to completion, drafting deeds and leases, reviewing title, managing client communications, and solving issues that arise during transactions.
