With an in‑house recruitment function, we’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support our growth, primarily in sales recruitment.
About the Role
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner with hiring managers and leadership to support business‑critical hiring needs, predominantly sales and business development roles that drive growth across new regions.
What You Will Be Doing
* Take the lead on sales and business development recruitment to support regional expansion and revenue growth.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, team dynamics and goals.
* Bring the Aspire culture to life through candidate interactions, job marketing and employer branding.
* Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
* Write engaging job adverts and support recruitment marketing to improve visibility and reach.
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
* Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the hiring process and candidate experience.
* Reduce dependency on external recruitment agencies through effective direct sourcing.
You will suit the role if you have
* Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment or Recruitment Agency role with a strong focus on sales recruitment.
* Background in tech, IT or cybersecurity sectors is desirable.
* Excellent sourcing skills and a proactive mindset for finding and engaging hard‑to‑reach candidates.
* Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
* Confident in bringing company culture to life and communicating values to prospective hires.
* Able to balance multiple vacancies, prioritize effectively and work independently.
* Proficient in LinkedIn, job boards and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Salary
£45,000 to £55,000 per annum (depending on experience).

Location and Working Arrangements
Based at Aspire’s Gateshead Head Office with travel as required.
Hours of Work
Full time (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
