The Finance function provides transactional accounting services, treasury, financial planning, analysis, reporting, commercial finance, and financial systems & change support across all global locations.
The Reporting Lead is part of the Global Finance Systems team, supporting financial systems within the Computershare Group. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions and user support aligned with group standards.
A role you will love
The Reporting Lead will design and manage reporting solutions within Oracle Fusion Reporting, EPM, Fusion Data Intelligence, and other analytics tools. This involves deep expertise in Oracle reporting tools, data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering impactful insights for strategic decisions.
You will ensure data accuracy, improve reporting capabilities, and develop a robust reporting framework supporting all business functions, with tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View, especially in multi-currency and multi-company systems.
Key accountabilities:
* Influence, guide, and educate the organization on reporting and data insights
* Design and implement Oracle Reporting architecture strategies
* Engage stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
* Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
* Lead and motivate a team of technical specialists
* Prioritize and plan reporting projects and initiatives
* Support and guide peers on application configuration activities
* Create and update the Finance Systems Playbook for support and change assessment

Essential:
* Relevant tertiary education in IT, Finance, or related discipline
* Oracle Certified Professional or similar accreditation
* Significant experience with Oracle Reporting technology
* Experience with Oracle Fusion cloud implementations related to Reporting
Preferred:
* Experience with COBIT or ITIL best practices
* Experience working in an Agile environment
