We are seeking a talented individual to join our Motor Claims team here at Marsh. This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to work in the office 3 days per week. The successful candidate can be based out of Leeds, Glasgow, or Bristol.

Responsibilities
* Investigate and process motor insurance claims.
* Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
* Assess claims validity and ensure timely settlements.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Qualifications
* Motor claims experience (commercial) is essential; experience in motor fleet, motor trade, or personal lines motor claims will also be considered, but commercial experience is advantageous.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Proficiency in using claims management software.
