Job Description
3. Financial Reporting & Control - deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to group; produce forecasts, cashflow reporting and liquidity analysis
4. Process & Performance Improvement - streamline processes to improve reporting; advise on transactional finance, working capital and internal controls
5. Audit & Compliance - lead year-end audit process and ensure timely statutory accounts & tax submissions
6. Leadership & Collaboration - coach and support junior finance colleagues; communicate financial insights to senior management; act as a key partner across operations, influencing decision-making
7. Oversight of transactional finance activities

About You:
8. Newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA - ideal for first-time mover out of practice
9. Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting
10. Confident communicator able to partner with senior stakeholders
11. Process-focused with a drive to improve systems and controls
12. Eager to take ownership and grow quickly within a scaling finance structure
