We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join our Creative Studios team and play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand shows up in the world. You’ll bring strong strategic thinking, refined design craft, and a passion for brand storytelling to help build and evolve a brand that’s bold, coherent, and full of character. This is a senior-level role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to lead by example - bringing creative ideas to life across multiple channels. This role is a 6 month fixed term contract role. What you’ll do at GoHenry: Lead brand design projects from brief to delivery, owning the creative process and ensuring consistent brand expression across all touchpoints. Design high-impact marketing and campaign assets, including static and motion ads (storyboards), social media content, email, landing pages, print materials, and more. Support growth projects, working at pace to find solutions that elevate our brand and drive customer acquisition. Develop and evolve brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency while pushing the brand forward with fresh, original thinking. Collaborate closely with the Manager of Design, marketing, product, and content teams to ensure brand integration across channels. Mentor and inspire junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, learning, and feedback. What you’ll bring to GoHenry: 7 years of experience in brand design, with a portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking, refined execution, and versatility across formats. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant tools. Experience developing and working with brand systems, design guidelines, and campaign concepts. Ability to balance creativity with business goals, applying strategic thinking to visual storytelling. Strong communication and presentation skills—you can clearly articulate your ideas and creative rationale. Comfortable working autonomously as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Motion, 3D, or illustration skills are a plus, but not essential. What’s in it for you?
