Are you an experienced Electrician looking to step off the tools and into a role where you can inspire the next generation?
This is an exciting opportunity to move into education as a Trainee or Fully Qualified Lecturer in Electrical Installation, with full training and support provided every step of the way.
This forward-thinking college is expanding its Construction & Technology team to meet growing demand. Known for its supportive environment and staff development, it offers you the chance to build a teaching career without needing previous classroom experience.
In this role, you'll plan and deliver practical and theory lessons to full-time students and apprentices across levels, using your industry knowledge to shape high-quality learning. You'll also mentor students, assess progress, and help them succeed in gaining essential electrical qualifications.
The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, strong industry experience, and up-to-date knowledge of the 18th Edition wiring regs. A teaching qualification isn't required - the college will fully support you in gaining one.
