Corporate Tax Solicitor (2-6years') A leading UK law firm is seeking a senior solicitor to join its Corporate Tax team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with an interest in corporate tax, transactional tax and tax advisory work to develop their career within a highly regarded and collaborative team. You will work alongside experienced lawyers and tax specialists, supporting a broad range of corporate, commercial and property-related transactions for a varied client base. Key Responsibilities Advising on the tax aspects of corporate and commercial transactions Supporting the tax structuring of acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations Assisting with tax considerations in commercial property transactions Advising on employee share incentive arrangements Drafting and reviewing transactional tax documentation Providing general tax advisory support to clients and colleagues Contributing to client updates, seminars and knowledge sharing About You You will ideally have: 2 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) A genuine interest in corporate or transactional tax work Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and drafting ability A pragmatic and commercial approach to legal advice The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines A collaborative approach to working within a multi-disciplinary team This role offers exposure to high-quality work, the opportunity to develop specialist tax expertise and the chance to work closely with colleagues across several leading practice areas.
