What you’ll do Support the Merchandiser in delivering commercially successful Babywear ranges aligned with customer needs. Review weekly trading performance, identifying opportunities and risks, and provide actionable insights. Own and manage category and SKU-level forecasts to optimise sales, stock holding, margin, and availability. Collaborate with the A&R replenishment assistant to plan initial allocations and launch builds. Use merchandising systems to drive efficiency and ensure data accuracy across all processes. Manage order processes, ensuring compliance with legal and sustainability standards. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Buying, Supply Chain, and Finance. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the delivery of team goals. Essential Criteria Previous experience in an Assistant Merchandiser or Merchandise Admin role, ideally within fashion or childrenswear. Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Excel and merchandising systems. Solid understanding of allocation and stock management principles. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
