The Role:
Teaching Personnel are working closely with friendly and inclusive primary schools across the WR11 area who are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their teams. These roles are ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants as well as individuals looking to gain valuable classroom experience.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
* Work with individual pupils or small groups to support learning and development
* Help create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment
* Support pupils with additional needs, where required
* Assist with classroom preparation, activities and behaviour management
* Contribute to the wider school community and daily school routines
Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking candidates who are:
* Passionate about working with children and supporting their development
* Patient, caring and adaptable to meet the needs of different learners
* Confident working as part of a team and communicating with staff and pupils
* Committed to maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning
* Previous school or childcare experience is desirable but not essential
* Relevant qualifications (such as Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant) are advantageous but not essential
