New role based in HAYDOCK as a Telesales/Internal Sales Executive working for an expanding International Cross Border eCommerce Delivery solutions specialist
The Telesales/Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, generating and handing over qualified leads to our clients sales team. This role requires a basic understanding of the logistics industry, strong communication & analytical skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies. Their marketing teams execute and direct on multiple campaigns. This role focusses on working with that output, as well as assisting for new campaigns to come.
1. Research and Identify Leads
Conduct market research input and provide to marketeer to identify potential clients in the logistics sector. Utilize business directories, web searches, and digital resources to find new leads.
2. Qualify Leads
Assess and qualify leads based on specific business criteria. Ensure leads meet the company's target audience and are likely to convert into sales.
3. Lead Generation Campaigns
Develop and implement lead generation campaigns using various marketing channels, together with our marketing manager, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Follow up, chase, and hand over to the Sales team for conversion.
