Job Description:
19.5 hours per week, 37 weeks per annum, £10,032
We are seeking a positive, patient, and hardworking team player with excellent communication skills and a professional attitude to join our ALS team. Your role will involve supporting EHCP learners and other supported learners across various Apprenticeship programmes, focusing on developing study skills and promoting independence to maximize learner achievement.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a good sense of humor are highly desirable. An employer background would be advantageous. Flexibility is essential due to fluctuating needs and apprentice numbers.
Your hours will be spread across three days (9:00 – 4:30), currently planned for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with potential changes depending on supported apprentices in Hairdressing.
Apprenticeship areas each day:
* Tuesday – Teacher Training/Catering
* Wednesday – Motor Vehicle
Applicants should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths. Evidence of qualifications is required.
