OrthoSolutions is expanding its UK sales team and is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to take ownership of a high-potential territory across the North Midlands and Yorkshire region.
OrthoSolutions is a specialist orthopaedic medical device company focused exclusively on foot and ankle surgery. With more than 20 years’ experience working alongside leading surgeons, the company designs and develops evidence-based implants and instrumentation that help improve patient mobility and surgical outcomes. Its portfolio includes plating systems, fixation solutions, fusion nails, staples and reconstruction systems used across trauma, forefoot, midfoot and hindfoot procedures. The organisation is recognised for its strong clinical partnerships, education-led approach and commitment to advancing foot & ankle care globally.
The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will:
* Deliver territory sales targets across the OrthoSolutions foot & ankle portfoli
* Build strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams and procurement stakeholders
* Provide product training and clinical support to hospital teams (non-procedural)
* Support hospital contracts and territory strategy execution
* Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting and market intelligence
* Represent OrthoSolutions at meetings, exhibitions and training events
What We’re Looking For
* Experience within medical device sales (orthopaedics preferred)
* Knowledge of NHS hospital environments across the territory
* Proven ability to grow accounts and deliver against targets
* Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Science degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
