Key Tasks will involve:
* Assist with greeting, seating and order taking. Help guests with menu selection and drink requirements
* Serve food and drinks, ensuring that requests and queries are responded to in a timely and friendly manner
* Anticipate and attend to the guest’s needs and desires immediately
* Communicate and work effectively within a team to ensure every guest leaves with the desire to return
* Understand your areas of responsibility, ensuring everything runs effectively in line with brand specification
* Look professional, being punctual, polite, courteous and helpful to guests and colleagues at all times
* Be fully conversant with the facilities, services and promotions offered
