What you’ll do:
* Serving and preparing a selection of food following food concepts and brand standards and recipes.
* Front facing grill bar service during lunch.
* Cleaning and setting up for the next day managing a small section of the kitchen to ensure compliance.
* Completing and cleaning the kitchen following each day of service and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout
* Creating a mis on place sheet daily and communicating with the team for ordering and stocktakes
