What we look for in a Chef de Partie:


We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie or a talented Commis Chef ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for creating high-quality, fresh dishes and thrive in a warm and welcoming environment. As our new Chef de Partie, you will:
Team Player : Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive kitchen culture.
Adaptability : The ability to stay calm under pressure, think on your feet, and adjust to changing situations in a fast-paced kitchen.
A desire to learn, innovate, and push boundaries, constantly seeking ways to enhance skills and bring fresh ideas to the table.
