Helpdesk & Admin Support - Estates Office, Lagan Valley Hospital (B3) Temporary Assignment | 3-6 Months | Full-Time (Mon-Fri, 8.30am-4.00pm) ?? Location: Lagan Valley Hospital Site ?? Start Date: Ideally Wednesday 1st October ? Duration: 3-6 months (with potential extension) The Client Our client, based at the Lagan Valley Hospital site, provides vital support to Estates services within a busy healthcare environment. Their team ensures smooth running of hospital operations by managing requests, coordinating services, and providing excellent customer support to staff and visitors alike. The Role As a Helpdesk & Admin Support Officer (B3), you will be at the heart of the Estates Office, acting as the first point of contact for queries. Your role will be varied and fast-paced, involving: Handling incoming calls with professionalism and care Logging and updating information accurately on internal systems Coordinating and following up on Estates requests Supporting the wider team with general administration tasks Ensuring processes are followed correctly and escalating when needed This is a fantastic opportunity to step into an essential hospital support role where no two days are the same. The Person We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being part of a team. The ideal candidate will bring: Excellent telephone manner & customer service skills Confidence when managing a range of queries in a professional way Attention to detail when logging information and following processes Team spirit, with the ability to check in with colleagues and work collaboratively Adaptability to respond quickly in a fast-paced healthcare setting ?
