Claims Handler – Own the Process, Drive the Change
Our client is looking for a proactive Claims Handler to take the reins on a wide variety of claims—from freight and cargo to motor and personal injury.
This isn’t just about ticking boxes. It’s about making things happen: resolving issues, improving systems, and spotting smarter ways to work.
You must have great energy, strong resolve and a determination to get the job done.
You’ll be:
* Leading claims from start to finish
* Communicating confidently with legal reps, insurers, and stakeholders
* Digging into investigations and gathering key facts
* Helping shape a more efficient, proactive claims process
You bring:
* 3+ years' experience in claims or claims admin
* Clear, professional communication
* Solid MS Word/Excel skills (Salesforce is a plus)
* A sharp eye for process improvement
