The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced commercial leader (at the Sales Manager or Director of Sales level) to own and execute Navenio’s UK go-to-market strategy. This role is ideal for a proven sales executive with deep experience selling digital solutions into hospitals, and who understands both direct hospital sales and channel-led models. You will be responsible for building pipeline, closing strategic deals, developing partners, and establishing Navenio as a category leader in the UK healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute Navenio’s UK commercial strategy, aligned with global growth objectives
* Own revenue targets across hospitals, health systems, and facilities management providers
* Lead complex, enterprise-level sales cycles involving clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders
* Build and scale a VAR and channel partner ecosystem, including identification, onboarding, enablement, and joint selling
* Develop relationships with major health systems and FM providers
* Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing UK sales team as the business scales
* Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape value propositions and drive adoption
* Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and market intelligence to the executive team
Required Experience & Profile
* 3+ years of experience of selling SaaS solutions to hospitals
* experience in selling to senior hospital management including Chief Nursing Officers (CNOs), Directors of Clinical Engineering, Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and Director of Estates and Facilities
* Proven track record of selling digital solutions such as: RTLS / indoor positioning platforms, tasking and workflow orchestration solutions, asset tracking and operational intelligence systems or staff safety and security solutions
* Demonstrated success selling into UK hospitals, particularly within the NHS (Trusts and Integrated Care Systems)
* Strong understanding of hospital operations, facilities management, and clinical or non-clinical workflows
* Ability to navigate long, complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
* Entrepreneurial mindset with experience scaling revenue in high-growth environments
Desirable Experience
* Experience selling into private hospitals in the UK
* Experience selling into hospitals in the wider EMEA region
* Senior commercial leadership experience in healthcare technology
* Experience selling location or workforce efficiency solutions in other sectors
* Experience selling via Value-Added Resellers (VARs), system integrators, or channel partners
