We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Regional Manager to oversee services supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities across London. This is a pivotal role for a motivated leader who can provide stability, drive improvement, and ensure high-quality care during a transitional period.
Key Responsibilities
Provide visible leadership across multiple services, ensuring compliance with organisational, legal, and regulatory standards.
Drive operational excellence with a focus on quality, safety, people, and commercial performance.
Lead and support service managers, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Deliver turnaround strategies for underperforming services, ensuring both financial sustainability and high-quality outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities, and external stakeholders.
Monitor and achieve key performance indicators, including occupancy, staff retention, and training compliance.
Candidate Profile
Proven track record in multi-site management within the Learning Disabilities or wider Health & Social Care sector.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance financial performance and quality outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to inspire and motivate teams.
Demonstrated success in turnaround projects and service improvement.
Available to start promptly and commit to a 6-month interim contract.
