Job Title: Management Accountant
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid 4 days on site)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (pro rata)
Contract: 6 month contract
Overview
We are partnering with a growing, project led organisation to recruit a Management Accountant for an initial 3 month contract. This is a hands on role suited to someone who can quickly take ownership, support operational teams, and deliver high-quality financial insight in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Produce monthly management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet reportingMonitor project performance, analysing costs and identifying variancesSupport budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple projectsPartner with operational teams to provide financial insight on costs and profitabilityAssist with tender pricing and commercial decision-makingEnsure strong financial controls and compliance with internal policiesDrive process improvements and enhance reporting accuracyKey Requirements
Previous experience in a Management Accountant role within a project-based environmentStrong Excel and financial analysis skillsPart-qualified or qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or QBEAbility to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholdersProactive, organised, and able to meet deadlinesWhat's on Offer
