We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker in Newark Delaware 19713 with $20/hr pay for a 3-month contract duration, temp to hire opportunity. You will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations. This position involves a variety of tasks including handling materials, organizing shipments, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and working closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role suited for individuals who are reliable, adaptable, and comfortable with physical tasks and warehouse tools. Requires 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse, can operate forkliftand comfortable using SAP, Microsoft Office, and Outlook for basic reporting and tracking– APPLY NOW!
1st Shift Schedule
Responsibilities:
* Maneuver safelyand organize pallets of full goods in the warehouse
* Load pallets onto third-party trailers with precision and care
* Receive incoming orders from other facilities and process them accurately
* Keep the warehouse and forklifts clean, safe, and in good working order
* Maintain detailed logs, support dock scheduling, and ensure all shipments go out smoothly and on time
* Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve issues and improve workflow
* Operate with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
* Perform general warehouse duties and support other areas as needed
Qualifications:
* 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment
* Confident operating a forklift (certification a plus)
* Comfortable using SAP, Microsoft Office, and Outlook for basic reporting and tracking
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
* Flexibility to work overtime and assist with shift coverage as needed
* A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
