Senior Business Development Lead – National Role Berkeley Scott is partnering with a global 4-star hotel group to recruit an experienced Senior Business Development Lead. This national role offers the opportunity to contribute to the commercial growth of a well-established hotel brand, with a focus on property leases, management contracts, and franchise partnerships across the UK.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain professional relationships with landlords, hotel developers, and investors
Identify and secure franchise agreements, lease agreements, and management contracts
Represent the brand and support the implementation of brand standards
Contribute to national growth strategy through proactive business development
Travel across the UK as required
Experience & Skills Required Proven experience in a business development role within the hotel sector
Experience working within a 4-star or comparable hotel environment
Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts and managing commercial relationships
Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
