Role
Your Impact: We are looking to bring onboard a Regional Manager to have ownership of our North region, which covers the Midlands, Yorkshire, Lancashire, Tyne and Wear, and Scotland. As our Regional Manager, you will play an integral part in ensuring the success of your region across key components, such as profitability, commercial success, and the retention of our customers.
Responsibilities
* Lead effectively across your region, your team leader, and wider service technician team.
* Oversee a team of 16 Technicians and ensure your team is nurtured, performance is optimised, and everyone works together to achieve agreed key performance indicators.
* Manage and maintain Net Promoter Scores for your region.
* Enhance client experience through relationship management and acting as a core point of contact for contracts.
* Deliver profitability across your region with visibility of commercial elements such as contract reviews and pricing.
* Manage resolutions to ensure customer success.
* Drive operational efficiency through effective resource planning and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
* Lead, coach, and develop your Team Leader and Technicians to build a high-performing, engaged remote team.
* Monitor regional performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance service delivery and margin.
* Manage escalations and complex client issues with professionalism and pace.
Requirements
* Proven experience in managing a team (directly and indirectly) that are based remotely.
* The desire to see your team develop and a nurturing approach to this.
* Experience in ensuring customer success, driving engagement, and building strong relationships with your client base; you enjoy connecting and meeting with clients face to face.
* Ownership in your approach to work and the ability to assess and action decisions based on data, business priorities, and customer expectations.
* You are used to managing changing priorities and have a bias for action.
* A desire to exceed customer expectations through your work.
* Experience in managing P&L budgets.
Way of working
This is a permanent, full-time position where most of your time will be spent in a client-facing capacity. The region coverage for this role is our North region and you must be comfortable travelling.
Health & Safety Line Managers are responsible for promoting a safe working environment and ensuring their team follows Health & Safety policies. They provide guidance, training, and supervision, ensure risk assessments and safe systems of work are followed, address hazards promptly, report and support investigations of incidents, ensure staff have proper equipment and PPE, and lead by example to foster a positive safety culture.
