A cutting edge, innovative printer, making sizeable investments into variable data, is on the search for a stand out Operations Director to take control of the manufacturing site, having direct responsibility for a team of production managers and supervisors, and ensuring processes run efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the manufacturing site and oversee a team of production managers and supervisors.
Implement Lean/Six Sigma processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives in close partnership with senior managers.
Efficiently manage budgets and ensure high standards across all operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Senior managerial experience driving teams in DM or TM services.
Strong Lean/Six Sigma knowledge with a proven history of continuous improvement.
Sound understanding of IT is highly beneficial.
Excellent communication and managerial skills with the ability to earn respect as an authoritative figure on site.

Eligibility
