What You'll Be Doing Managing a diverse caseload: Acting on commercial and corporate disputes including shareholder, partnership, and director matters, contract disputes, insolvency issues, and international arbitration. Delivering clear, pragmatic advice: Helping clients assess risk, understand their options, and take decisive action to protect their business interests. Drafting and advocacy: Preparing pleadings, witness statements, and submissions, and attending mediations, hearings, and other proceedings as required. Supporting business growth: Working alongside senior lawyers on high-value matters while developing your own client relationships and taking on increasing responsibility.
