Responsibilities
You will:
* Lead and deliver regulatory projects across the food and beverage sector, ensuring high technical quality and timely delivery
* Provide clear, pragmatic regulatory advice and interpretation of food legislation across multiple markets
* Plan and manage projects, including resourcing, timelines and budgets
* Lead, mentor and line manage members of the regulatory team, supporting their development and performance
* Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
* Contribute to regulatory publications, service development and thought leadership
* Monitor and interpret regulatory developments and emerging issues relevant to the food and beverage industry
Projects may span multiple geographies, product categories and regulatory frameworks, requiring sound judgement and a solutions focused approach.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
You will have:
* Extensive regulatory experience within the food and beverage industry, typically gained over around 10 years
* Strong knowledge of food legislation and regulatory frameworks
* Proven experience of managing complex projects and multiple workstreams
* Experience leading, mentoring or line managing regulatory professionals
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills
* The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a collaborative team
An additional language is beneficial but not essential.
