The role

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching in Brickwork, supporting students to achieve and progress within their chosen trade. Working within a collaborative and supportive environment, you will play a key role in driving student success and maintaining high standards across the curriculum. This exciting role will include: • Planning and delivering engaging lessons across Levels 1 & 2 in Brickwork (Level 3 desirable) • Supporting, assessing, and monitoring student progress, providing feedback and guidance • Contributing to quality assurance and continuous improvement processes • Keeping up to date with industry developments and participating in staff training If you can demonstrate the following, then we’d love to hear from you: • A Level 2 qualification in Brickwork (ideally Level 3) or equivalent • Relevant industry experience and up-to-date knowledge of current practices and standards • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • A recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one • For many of our teaching roles, we welcome applications from candidates at any stage of their career, including industry professionals with no/limited teaching experience. Annual salary: Circa £30,000 - £42,000 (Subject to qualifications, skills and experience - upper payscale £40,000-£42,000 reserved for advanced qualification, professional statuses & high experience levels.)
