We’re recruiting an Head of Ecommerce / Ecommerce Manager on behalf of a fast‑growing B2C consumer brand based in London. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants real ownership of a digital channel and the scope to make a genuine impact.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the end‑to‑end ecommerce operation, from day‑to‑day site trading and conversion optimisation to owning the CRM strategy and leading website builds. Working closely with marketing, creative, and tech teams, you’ll be the driving force behind the online customer experience and commercial performance.
What You’ll Do
* Own trading performance, including revenue, conversion rate, and AOV
* Manage and develop the CRM programme
* Lead website projects including builds, redesigns, and ongoing optimisation
* Analyse performance data and turn insights into clear commercial actions
* Report on ecommerce KPIs to senior stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
* 3–5 years’ ecommerce experience within a B2C brand or retailer
* Proven CRM experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Salesforce MC, or Braze
* Hands‑on involvement in website builds or replatforming projects
* Strong analytical skills and a commercial, customer‑first mindset
* A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
