About the role
As a Planning Agent at Aira, you'll be responsible for effective resource allocation to meet customer demand. You will collaborate closely with the planning and logistics teams, as well as technical colleagues, to ensure outstanding service delivery. This is a full-time role with hybrid working arrangements, requiring a minimum of 3 days a week in our Manchester hub. You will report to the Planning Manager in the Northwest and work with colleagues across the UK.
What you’ll be doing and what you'll need
1. Manage installation capacity and scheduling.
2. Liaise with customers, technicians, and team leaders.
3. Maintain professionalism and politeness in all interactions.
4. Support installation teams to ensure capacity is effectively resourced for customer installations.
5. Experience with CRM and ERP systems, specifically Hubspot and Microsoft Dynamics 365, is beneficial.
6. Previous experience in planning, logistics, or customer liaison roles is advantageous.
