Whatyoullbe doing
* Carrying out all aspects of joinery, including repairing UPVC windows, repairing UPVC/composite doors, replacing double glazed units, and overhauling kitchens
* Delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance work, achieving first-time fixes throughaccuratediagnosis and effective multi-trade working
* Attending and completing all required training, toolbox talks, and e-learning modules
* Communicating professionally and empathetically with customers, colleagues, and local stakeholders
* Carrying out work safely and professionally, ensuring customers homes are left clean and secure
* Using PDA/mobile technology to receive, update, and manage repair jobs efficiently
* Producingaccuraterecords, including before-and-after photographs and detailed job notes
Whatyoullneed
* NVQ Level 2 in Joinery (or equivalent qualification/experience)
* Full UK manual driving licence
* Experience working in domestic properties, ideally within housing (desirable but not essential)
* Ability to carry out basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering to support first time fix and value for money
* A customer-focused approach with pride in delivering high-quality work
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support colleagues
* Reliable, professional, and committed to safe working practices
* Goodcommunicationskills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and teams
