Document controller

Document Controller Document Controller required to join a leading regional contractor based in Southampton, to aid with an array of commercial & residential projects including health care, education, industrial and office facilities ranging in value from £1M - £20M across the south coast. As the Document Controller you will be working closely alongside the production and commercial teams, design consultancies and subcontractors. You will be responsible for seeing projects through from conception to completion. This Document Controller role will involve regular client interaction, controlling of the construction management systems, management of drawing documents, overseeing, and ensuring client return documents are sufficient with system standards as well as other ad-hoc administrative duties. This Document Controller role is with a busy regional south coast based main contractor group with a turnover excess of £90M, with a secured pipeline of work. You will be preferably experienced within the construction field. However this is an ideal opportunity for a recently graduate form a construction degree or someone looking to get into the construction industry. Key attributes will include exceptional communication skills, diligence, methodological mindset ad a quality orientated nature.
