North / Midlands Portfolio (Flexibly Based)
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum

Remit
Our client, a respected medium-sized care provider specialising in high-quality residential dementia and nursing care, is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join the organisation. This is a position with responsibility for a portfolio of established elderly care homes within an established and growing provider.
The organisation operates with a streamlined senior structure, offering strong operational autonomy for its regional leaders. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and will work closely with existing regional managers to deliver excellent outcomes across operational, commercial and quality domains.
