The Role:
Our top 200 law firm client are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner to head up their existing team and drive the department forward. This role will involve handling a wide range of complex and high-value litigation matters, including company, shareholder, partnership, and commercial contract disputes.
Business development will be a crucial aspect of the position, with the successful candidate expected to actively engage in networking, strengthening client relationships, and raising the firm's profile in the market. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring and supervising a growing team, making strong leadership and communication skills essential.

You will be a proactive and confident litigator with a strong commercial mindset. You should be a skilled communicator with the ability to effectively engage clients, colleagues, and industry professionals alike. A passion for business development, alongside the ability to manage and inspire a team, will be key to thriving in this role.
