Your new role An exciting opportunity for a Strategic Planner to join our Supply Chain team. You’ll be responsible for translating clinical and commercial demand forecasts into long-term supply chain and manufacturing strategies. Develop, maintain and regularly review supply plans ensuring to balance demand, capacity, lead times and risk across programmes. Collaborate closely with several RoslinCT departments to align plans and resolve constraints. Identify supply chain risks and capacity limitations and develop contingency and mitigation plans to protect clinical and commercial delivery. Optimise inventory levels to ensure continuity of supply while minimising cost and waste. Maintain accurate planning data and providing clear, timely reports to support decision-making by stakeholders and senior management. Ensure all planning activities comply with GMP and GDP regulations, supporting audits and inspections as required. About you Demonstrable experience in supply planning, demand planning, or strategic planning within a regulated manufacturing environment. Experience within pharmaceutical, cell and gene therapy or a similarly complex regulated industry is desirable. Excellent understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand translation, capacity planning and inventory optimisation. Prior experience balancing service, cost, risk and compliance in a highly regulated environment. Proficient with planning tools, ERP/MRP systems, and data to produce accurate plans and reports. Ability to analyse complex data and present this clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, particularly working cross-functionally across multiple teams. Qualifications A degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, manufacturing, engineering, life sciences, or a related field.
