Job Summary
The Art and Craft position is designed for creative individuals who are passionate about crafts and sharing their skills with others. The role involves planning, executing, and facilitating art, craft, and wellbeing activities that inspire creativity and self-expression among participants. This position requires a strong understanding of various art techniques and materials, as well as the ability to engage with diverse groups of individuals.
Duties
* Develop and implement engaging art and craft projects tailored to different age groups and skill levels.

* Prepare materials and set up workspaces for art sessions.
* Instruct participants on techniques and methods related to various art forms, ensuring a supportive learning environment.
* Maintain an organised inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring all materials are readily available for use.
* Evaluate the progress of participants, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
* Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages creativity, collaboration, and enjoyment in the arts.
* Stay updated on current trends in art and craft to introduce fresh ideas into sessions.
