Junior Data Analyst
The DDC Group has an amazing opportunity for a Junior Data Analyst to join our growing global team. As a critical part of the Technology Team, reporting directly to the Head of AI Engineering, you will be responsible for building core skills in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development while learning on the job. You’ll use tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other analytics platforms to help create and maintain dashboards that deliver clear, data‑driven insights. Working in an agile environment, you’ll collaborate with analysts and developers across the reporting lifecycle, from understanding requirements to producing reliable outputs. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone starting their career in data analytics, with full support through training, mentoring, and structured development.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with flexibility required to meet business requirements.
Hybrid working: with flexibility to attend the office as and when requested.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of Excel reports and Power BI dashboards.
* Collect, clean, and organise data from various sources under guidance.
* Assist in analysing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
* Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements.
* Document data processes, dashboard updates, and reporting logic clearly.
* Support the development of data models and visualisations in Power BI.
* Help monitor the accuracy and performance of existing dashboards.
* Participate in agile sprint activities and collaborate with the wider analytics team.
* Investigate data quality issues and escalating findings where needed.
* Stay up to date with tools, techniques, and best practices in data analysis.
