WHAT’S THE JOB?
We need someone to organize the chaos and clarify the creative process. A seasoned Creative Operations Director familiar with studio workflows who isn’t afraid to roll up sleeves.
This senior role involves ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, on budget, and without issues.
You’ll manage resources, create systems, oversee budgets, and keep the team moving. Work closely with leadership, manage expectations, and unblock obstacles.
You’ll also be hands-on—running daily standups, updating timelines, and managing freelancers. Client-facing skills are a plus, especially around timelines and scope.
This is a chance to influence our work and growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage daily and long-term studio operations.
* Implement systems and workflows for efficiency and quality.
* Lead resource planning and capacity forecasting.
* Build and optimize delivery pipelines.
PROJECT & ACCOUNT OVERSIGHT
* Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets.
* Handle escalations and problem-solving.
* Collaborate with clients and creative leads.
CLIENT & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
* Lead delivery for key clients.
* Support proposals, including budgets and scopes.
* Maintain clear communication around delivery.
* Align client expectations with creative capacity.
* Onboard new clients.
TEAM & CULTURE
* Promote ownership, accountability, and collaboration.
* Attract top talent, freelancers and staff.
COMMERCIAL & STRATEGIC INPUT
* Monitor studio performance and profitability.
* Partner on business planning and growth.
* Support pitches with operational insights.
