We are looking for a permanent Director in Civil engineering design. The right person will have detailed knowledge of design engineering and be able to oversee and grow a team of civil design engineers. This role is part of a successful large Group and the attraction will be delivering growth being part of an excellent senior team which will lead to future opportunities.
* Technical (Civils) design expertise in infrastructure projects
* Leadership skills and commercial awareness.
* The ability to lead, direct and develop a strong team
* Deliver and oversee complex civil design projects.
* Educated to degree level in Engineering.and ideally C.Eng

* A natural leader, combining technical civil design and management
* A self-starter, with resilience
* Energy and enthusiasm to get things done.and take decisions
