Please note that this is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office per week. Key Responsibilities: What will you gain exposure to? Early Careers at Sage is cyclical, and you will be involved in every aspect of the cycle. Here's an overview of what this could look like: Engagement: During the engagement phase, you'll take on the exciting role of organising events with schools, colleges and universities. Your organisational skills will be crucial as you manage events on-campus. You will be the guardian of our brand's first impressions, and your proactive approach will keep you ahead of the curve, marking key dates in schools and university, and ensuring we have representation on site. Attraction: As we enter the attraction phase, your creativity will be unleashed as you will support the Employer Branding team with regional content to share on our social media channels, and with schools and universities. Your collaborative spirit will be essential as you work alongside colleagues to help craft a communications plan that showcases our culture and draws in exceptional talent. Recruitment: In our recruitment phase, your warm and professional approach will shine as you field enquiries on social media and support the candidate assessment process You'll be instrumental in creating a nurturing environment during the interview process, from screening applicants, to arranging interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a first-class candidate experience at all times. Your thoughtful feedback will guide candidates through the process, making every interaction an opportunity to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice. Onboarding: The onboarding period is your opportunity to set the stage for new hires, ensuring they feel valued and welcomed. You'll work with the Global Early Careers team to ensure our new starters are welcomed in to the business. Your meticulous planning and warm welcome will create a lasting impression that echoes throughout their careers. As part of a global team, you may have the exciting opportunity to travel to our international offices to support recruitment events. Whilst working with us, you'll work towards a Level 5 CIPD gaining a nationally recognised qualification while you earn. Over the course of 22 months, you'll combine practical experience with structured learning, spending 20% of your time on off-the-job training. Throughout the programme, you'll receive ongoing support and regular assessments to help you succeed and build a strong foundation for your future career. What will help you thrive in this role? To apply for this role, you must hold Maths and English GCSEs at level 4-9 (or equivalent), as well as - Passion and commitment to learning - Self-starting attitude and open to new challenges - A curious mindset that embraces innovation - A genuine desire to delight customers. - Strong capability and proficiency in the use of Microsoft suite of products - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation skills. - An inquisitive mind, with solid attention to detail Due to funding regulations, to be eligible to apply for the apprenticeship, you must have the right to work in the UK and have been resident in the UK for at least the past 3 years.
