Cutover Manager - Website Replatforming & Mobile App Migration - Salesforce
6 Month contract
Hybrid, 3 Days per week in Nottingham

I'm currently working with a leading retailer who require a technical project manager with cutover experience.
Primary Duties
* Work closely with Architects to understand the cutover design and bridge the gap to the delivery teams.
* Align multiple delivery leads and teams to ensure cutover tasks are integrated into their respective backlogs/plans.
* Provide technical oversight and support to the testing teams during the transition phases.
* Deliver clear, concise updates to senior leadership and technical leads.
Key Requirements & Experience
* Technical Background: Must be able to "speak the language" of architects and developers to understand cutover architecture and translate it into actionable delivery plans.
* Complex Implementations: Proven experience with dual-running systems and customer cohort rollouts.
* Domain Expertise: Strong background in Online Retail (E-commerce), specifically web and mobile digital trading.
* Platform Knowledge: Salesforce experience is highly desirable.
* Methodology: Ability to work across teams using both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
