Description
To support our Customers and Global Communities in mitigating supply-chain risk through high-quality, cost-effective HSEQ audits. Working with core sectors such as Utilities, Construction, Oil and Gas, you will conduct audits based on industry-specific protocols covering Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality, and CSR/Sustainability management systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Audit Delivery
2. Pre-audit preparation including planning with Customers
3. Be fully mobile and flexible, willing to travel
4. Conduct scheduled on-site audits to meet chargeability targets
5. Create detailed audit reports adhering to quality standards
6. Submit reports within SLA deadlines
7. Manage time and costs related to audits
8. Promote audit products and represent the company
9. Participate in team meetings as required
Quality Assurance
1. Ensure audits comply with relevant standards
2. Prepare accurate, grammatically correct reports with evidence
3. Contribute to scheme development and compliance
4. Undergo annual quality audits
5. Provide feedback for scheme improvement
6. Maintain technical competencies
Customer Experience
1. Engage with customers to clarify scheme content
2. Contact customers pre-audit for preparation
3. Represent Achilles and the Community positively
4. Offer insights to add value
5. Verify supply chain info for risk-based procurement
6. Identify non-conformances and promote continual improvement
Qualifications
* Full driving license
* Health and Safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH)
* Lead Auditor certification (IRCA or equivalent)
